Angamuwa Yaya 06 Maha Vidyalaya situated in Anuradhapura District has approximately 700 students, majority of whom are from lower income families. A large number of the students are following dancing as a subject and they required tailor-made dance costumes for Zonal dancing competitions. David Pieris Group stepped in to make a donation to facilitate these students to have well-designed and tailored costumes to take part in Zonal dancing competitions. As a result, they won 1st and 2nd places in the North Central province dancing competition and in turn qualified for the final round of the all island dancing competition.
