The inaugural David Pieris Group Masterminds 2024 quiz competition was held at the Auditorium, showcasing intellectual prowess and teamwork.

Hosted by the David Pieris Group HR Division, the event marked a significant milestone as the first-ever physical inter-company quiz competition attended by 28 teams.

Throughout the competition, participating teams demonstrated exceptional agility and finesse as they tackled an array of challenging questions. The event not only celebrated knowledge but also highlighted the collaborative spirit and camaraderie among employees of the David Pieris Group and its affiliated companies.

Taking the coveted first place was Team Dash, representing David Pieris Motor Company (Pvt) Ltd. Comprising Mr. Palinda Sajitha (C), Mr. Deyon Aberatne, Mr. Sahan Hansitha, and Mr. Hishara Ranasinghe, Team Dash emerged triumphant, showcasing their intellect and cohesion.

Securing the second-place position was Team Kandy Kings, representing Assetline Finance Limited. Led by Mr. Milinda Jayawardana (C), the team members, Mr. Ranjan Makevita, Mr. Chamika Bandaranayake, and Mr. Shashika Amarakoon, displayed commendable knowledge and teamwork.

Notably, Team Genius Minds, also representing Assetline Finance Limited, clinched the third-place spot. Led by Ms. Randilu Mendis (C), the team members, Mr. Aloka Hewawasam, Mr. Tharindu Hettiarachchi, and Ms. Shanmuganathan Sobiga, showcased their intellectual acumen, securing their position on the podium.
