Losing a loved one at any stage in life is tough. A. K. Somawathie lost her daughter in 2006, who left two very young children and whose father abandoned them soon thereafter. Somawathie and her two grandchildren were living in a very small house with bare minimum facilities. Learning of this story we donated a house for them to live comfortably and thereby ensured the security of a roof over their head.
